Pan fried Rainbow Trout Fillet


Served with hot herb butter, flaked almonds, lemon and watercress

Pan Fried Sirloin Steak served with a Sauce of Brandy, cream, mushrooms and shallots garnished with watercress

Chicken Tradewinds


Poached chicken breast served with a very mild curried cream sauce garnished with prawns and pineapple

Baked Red Peppers

Red peppers stuffed with a mushroom pilau rice served with a tomato and oregano sauce
