| The North Yorkshire Moors Railway provides a comprehensive catering service. There are friendly tea rooms at both Grosmont and Pickering stations. |

As part of the extensive re-building of Pickering
Station the Tea-room has now been rebuilt. It now opens directly on to Platform
1 and the level entry provides easy access for wheelchairs and families with
buggies. A full range of hot and cold drinks are available along with snacks and hot meals prepared to order. |
| At Goathland the old goods shed has been transformed into a tea
room. Two old Hull and Barnsley wagons are parked in the shed and provide
plenty of easily accessible and novel seating. All this is fully accessible, as Bill (in his electric buggy) shows. |

The goods shed project along with the Coal and Lime drops has been done as part of the on going improvements funded by The Share Issue. |
